Welcome to Angeline Hawkes' gallery showing. Everyone needs a hobby--even authors specializing in horror and barbarian fiction. Fear Zone columnist Hawkes, whose books include the short story collection The Commandments, the novellas (co-written with husband Christopher Fulbright) Then Comes the Child and Blood Coven, and the upcoming collection Symphony for the Forgotten, casts and paints these custom creepy dolls. She writes:

"Attached photos of Baby Satyr [with real goat hind quarters!], Baby Demon [red] in full black christening gown [has rubber demon wings, and red latex 1/2 legs/feet], and Alien-Human Hybrid baby. I have to take photos of Baby Demon [Flesh-tone] some time today. All have latex heads, 1/2 arms, 1/2 legs, except Baby Satyr, he has goat legs.

There are 2 of each kind of doll. All are hand-painted and have applied eye-lashes, weighted in head/tummy/bottom to feel like a real baby. I have more photos if anyone is interested. $45 plus s/h each. I can be reached at angelinehawkes@yahoo.com."
