Win DRAINIAC!

Yesterday, Nicanor Loreti gave POP Cinema's DVD release of Brett Piper's low budget, 16m horror film DRAINIAC a positive review.

Now we're giving away two free copies of this DVD (we were supposed to give away three, but I... uh... "lost" one--Piper discusses this film in an upcoming book I wrote and I have to see it for myself) courtesy of the friendly folks at Pop Cinema!

How do you win? Easy! All you have to do is guess which monster--and from what movie it appeared in--the creature depicted in this box art reminds ME of! Post your answer as a COMMENT to this announcement. This contest will not self destruct in five seconds; it will remain open until we have two lucky winners. And this contest is closed to Fear Zone contributors.

2. I was gonna suggest the Tar man as well, but since that's taken... It kinda looks like it might be time for slime to me!

3. There's no such thing as "already taken"--for 2 people to win, they both have to be right, which means duplication, right--say, don't you contribute to Fear Zone, Insidious Richard? Sorry, right or wrong, you're ineligible.

4. C'mon, guys... we need a 2nd participant in that contest. I want my DVD!! Unless, of course, my guess was wrong and Greg's eyes played a trick on him and made him think that the guy on the cover looks like Slimer from "Ghostbusters" or the incredible Hulk... ;)

7. I too would say the zombie from Return of the Living dead, the one from the barrel. I can't think of a single monster that it looks more alike.
